We started Houston Van Service because group transportation in this city was broken. The airports are 30 miles apart. A Sprinter full of colleagues costs the same as five rideshares, but only one of those options means your whole team walks in together.

Our story

Built for Houston, not borrowed from a platform

Most transport companies in Houston operate through a marketplace. A driver joins an app, takes what shifts they want, and answers to an algorithm. That model works for a solo passenger who needs a ride in eight minutes. It does not work for a 12-person team flying in for a Monday roadshow.

We operate differently. Every chauffeur is hired directly, trained to our standard, and assigned exclusively to your booking, nobody else is being routed around your job in parallel. Every van in the fleet is owned by the business, not borrowed from a driver's personal garage. That matters the morning you are standing outside Terminal E at Bush with 11 people and 14 bags.

Fares are quoted flat and in writing before you confirm. The number on your confirmation is the number on your invoice. We do not meter, we do not surge, and we do not round up for Houston traffic.
